all in great condition, mostly uncut, a few patterns my mom used to make some stuff for herself and all the pieces are there. they *should* all be complete, but may be missing some, I did not take them all out and check.

the measurements are NOT EXACT due to the nature of the material and the flexible measuring tape, so although they are an estimate, it may be off by half an inch or so, they are meant to use as a REFERENCE, not as exact measurements.
