VICTORIAN Sterling Silver SCOTTISH Cairngorm Anchor Pendant Brooch Semi-Precious Stones

Most I see are dated around 1880's.  This is an especially attractive one in great condition.  There is something etched or scratched in the silver on the back but I do not know what it is.  The etching is still sharp.
