VINTAGE SIGNED ALBERT MARZANO IMPRESSIONIST ACRYLIC OR OIL ON WOOD BOARD 
I think it is acrylic, but it could be an oil.  I am by no means an art expert so look closely or ask questions that I can possibly answer.
I am not 100% positive it is by the Albert Marzano of Philadelphia. I believe so, but you do your own determination before you buy.
It measures 13 1/2 inches by 13 inches.

Work: During his WWII Army service, he illustrated military posters & signs; 1950-1990's, he opened Ad Creators where he made logos, graphic design & ads; commissions: mural for pub. health, 1967 & mural, air pollution theme, 1969, Dept. Pub. Health, Philadelphia.  His paintings were exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, the Philadelphia Art Alliance, and the National Arts Club on Gramercy Park in Manhattan.
