Framed MCM "Cruciform" Multi-Media Watercolor Fred Frederick Herschleb  1977
Fredrick J. Herschleb, (1917-2010), a Postwar & Contemporary artist. Herschleb worked as an advertising art director and was an avid watercolorist as well as a craftsman and builder.
This art piece titled "Cruciform" is signed, dated and titled on the back of the masonite in the back.
It would tie in well with black leather, chrome accents, etc. or settle in perfectly in a heavy mid century wood furniture.  Universal appeal.  Striking color combination.
The watercolor cruciform center is, I believe, cut out in a circle and placed on a watercolor background of green with brown accents.  There a slightly off white matting in a deeper medium stained wood frame that has been outlined in black around the painting.
The frame measures 23 1/8 inches by 23 1/4 inches.

I will have to have UPS package as I cannot handle that size package.  I usually then ship by Fedex as it comes out less expensive.  Or have someone in Kansas City pick it up.  I will meet someone if not over 40 minutes away.,
