I checked and it appears complete to me, but it is your responsibility to look closely to make sure I did not miss a piece that I did not know was supposed to be in it.  I think I am correct, but I am human.

If the shipping turns out to be more than $5 over actual cost of the label, I will return the difference.  The rest will be for an additional box and bubble wrap, etc.
