It is completely unopened and NEVER displayed (not even for photographs).
The livery shown was created in 2016 to mark the centenary of the EC 2/4 La Fayette fighter squadron, then based at Airbase 125 Istres-Le Tubé. Designed by Régis Rocca, it commemorates 100 years of France-US friendship and the courage shown by American aviators during the First World War. The Mirage 2000N is the nuclear assault version of the Mirage 2000, designed to carry the ASMP (now the improved ASMP-A) mid-range air-to-surface missile. The two prototypes made their maiden test flights in 1983 and the Mirage 2000N became operational in 1988.
