This part-printed document states that "Thomas Bunn[?] is proprietor of one share [No. 73] in the Capital Stock of the Amsterdam Academy".  The stock certificate is dated September 10th, 1869 and is signed by the president and secretary of the Amsterdam Academy.

Condition: Fold lines, a couple of pinhole losses, not affecting any text. Generally very good condition.
