This sort of works - it is missing the lever at the bottom that keeps the rack in place/allows you to (easily) open. As you can see from picture, it can still be used - staples in post were fine, but it needs you to keep the rack from slipping out.

I've used it like this, it is tiresome, but you get the hang of it. Otherwise, good for spares.
