LONDON TRANSPORT FRONT NUMBER PLATE JXC 321 from 1948 LEYLAND TIGER TD 128

TD 128 was withdrawn from LT at Kingston on 1962 and briefly used for a political group afterwards, before being scrapped.

Very few pieces of TD hardware have survived, as most were either exported or sold for private use, so there was never a scrapyard full of TDs, which would have attracted swarms of bus-spotters armed with their screwdrivers and crowbars like flies round  a jampot.
