What is a Tester?

Perfume testers are identical to the full-sized versions you find in stores, but with simpler packaging. Fragrance brands create testers to showcase their scents. These may come in plain white or brown boxes, or even without a box or cap. They often have labels like "Demonstration" or "Tester."

Rest assured, the fragrance itself is exactly the same as the retail version. Testers are always unused and full-sized. If you're buying for personal use, testers offer significant savings but might not be suitable for gifting due to their simpler packaging.

Orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, DHL Global, UPS or FedEx.

100% of all orders are shipped within 1 business day.

The arrival time is 2-10 business days.

Once an order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

In order to comply with the Department Of Transportation regulations, any restricted items will be shipped via ground delivery.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. 

Any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge $5.95 to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus $5.95.

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
