Offered here is an Imperia Ampia 110 Deluxe Pasta Machine, a traditional hand-operated pasta maker manufactured in Italy.
This quality pasta machine is designed for producing fresh homemade pasta and features adjustable rollers together with integrated cutting rollers for creating a variety of pasta types.
The machine is supplied with the removable hand crank handle and table/worktop clamp as shown in the photographs.
The pasta machine is in good overall used condition with signs of normal age and use. There are some light cosmetic marks consistent with a pre-owned kitchen utensil, but it remains clean and presentable overall.
The handle and rollers turn smoothly by hand. We have not carried out any food preparation testing and therefore recommend cleaning before use.
A great addition for home cooks, pasta enthusiasts, or anyone looking to make fresh pasta using a classic Italian-made machine.
