For sale is a wall mount to display a bicycle frame. The flat base is 1/4" cromoly and is 7" in diameter. It has two 1/4" holes for lag bolts to go through and get threaded into a wood stud in a wall. It's important that you thread into a wood stud as drywall alone will not support the mount and a frame. The extension portion is 7 3/4" from the wall giving plenty of room between the rear dropout and wall. We only mounted frames with English threaded bottom bracket shells but it should work on Italian threaded bottom bracket shells as well. The portion of the mount that fits into the bottom bracket shell is a wedge and because of the large amount of surface area threads are not damaged when the bolt is tightened up with a 5/16" allen wrench . The mount is powder coated white. These were designed and made by us and used in our show room to display our frames. They are in excellent condition. Once bolted on a wall and a frame is mounted the exposed finish is perfect. Because these were mounted on a freshly painted wall years ago there may be paint on the back of the mounting plate.....not visible once mounted on your wall. Lag bolts and frame not included!
