Comes with everything shown,  all the dolls and most of the clothes just got run through a wash cycle and came out looking great! One plastic head doll has a loose head, like it needs to be reattached/secured, but it won't affect the use of she's for display. She made it through the wash fine with no further damage. Half of these are likely handmade, or not "real" cabbage patch kids.  see photos for details and measurements.  there are some marks and stains that didn't come out but as a while,  excellent condition.
