A genuine original Bernina buttonhole punch cutter, supplied complete with its original hardwood cutting block and plastic blade guard.

Used to neatly cut open machine-made buttonholes, this was an original Bernina accessory supplied for many of the classic Swiss-made Record and early electronic models.

This is a complete vintage set and is becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly with both the original cutting block and protective blade sleeve still present.

Condition is very good overall. The wooden handle has a small age-related split which has been professionally repaired and is completely solid with no movement. The cutting edge remains in good condition and the tool is ready for use or display.

A great original accessory for collectors, restorers or anyone wanting to complete a vintage Bernina sewing machine outfit.
