VERY RARE, EARLY LUXURY LIMOUSINE CAR


AFRAID I'M UNSURE OF THE MAKER, IT'S THAT RARELY SEEN


HAS THE LOOKS AND QUALITY OF GERMAN, BUT AS THERE IS AN ORIGINAL LITHO PRINTED DESIGN, OF A GB EMBLEM ON REAR FENDER, AND THE CAR IS  RIGHT HAND DRIVE..... I'M ASSUMING ITS A RARE ENGLISH DESIGNED VEHICLE  AUTOMOBILE


Tinplate construction, with really attractive litho printing

Retains vibrant, colourful finish in original green
VERY ART DECO IN APPEARANCE, WITH THAT DISTINCTIVE FRONT STYLING
"COFFIN NOSE" VERSION
Clockwork / wind-up mechanism, with working function...car drives 

Really good size model, at about 35 cm / 14 inches

Scarce desirable car; i've only seen a couple of these luxury examples, with electrics, fuel can or tool box on side...such as this one.

Opening doors, working latches

Original tinplate driver figure at steering wheel

Front and rear seating

Full length running boards / fenders

Electric front head lights, and rear stop lamp

Large and attractive tinplate cord wheels
Front adjusting axle steering position 


Car displays in its original, unrestored state, not repainted


condition is very nice, the colours are good,


Distinctive art deco car, with its striking appearance


Now some 90-100 years old, so displays with just a little expected play wear, age scratch, scuffs, surface dints, chips etc... surface marks ... all nicely solid, and in lovely rust/rot free state

probably had a side mounted spare at one time, sitting on the running board


underside is in great shape


interior is a bit dusty, so i'm sure it could use a careful cleaning


CERTAINLY NOTHING UNSIGHTLY


car still retains its original electrical wiring, lighting switch, headlamp holders, underside battery holder etc... (all untested, as it needs an unusual shaped, and early type battery)  




A DELIGHTFUL EARLY LIMOUSINE........ desirable with its unique styling, and great size and luxury
