Inaugural commemorative medal from the US mint by John Ray Sinnock, signed on the front.

This is the scarce first term medal with the eagle reverse, much rarer than the second term medal with the White House reverse often seen.  Obverse features a bust of President Truman, the reverse shows an eagle with wings spread, the date of his first inauguration below.
