This vintage chrome postcard features a portrait of President John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States. The front displays Kennedy's famous inaugural quote: 'Ask not what your country can do for you -- Ask what you can do for your country.' The image shows JFK in a formal suit with the U.S. Capitol building featured at the bottom. His facsimile signature appears on the card. The back shows the card was published by A.A.A. NOVA CO., 9D3 Pennsylvania Ave., N.Y., Wash., D.C., with publisher identification K-8595 and copyright by Fabian Bachrach, the renowned portrait photographer. The card has handwriting indicating 'Bible 1.00' but no postmark or stamp. This is an unposted chrome-era political postcard from the early 1960s, commemorating one of America's most iconic presidents. An excellent piece of political memorabilia from the Kennedy era.
