this is exactly how I received it. it came from an estate in virginia. i dont know the story behind the post it note or who the woman is in the poor shape picture. the case is in fair shape. there is no mechanical closure. the covering to the hair and the picture looks like it can be bent back into shape to form a semi seal but i will leave that for the buyer. google has a lot of information about alfred moore scale and im surprised they didn't market it as hair of a confederate general on the post it note.
