Any LT you buy on this platform or anywhere else, you will HAVE TO do those jobs sooner rather than later, it's not about what mileage anymore, it's about age and how rubber is affected by the passing of time, at minimum rear main seal and o-ring, clutch slave cylinder, clutch, stainless steel brake hoses and throttle body breather hose, all will require a massive bill for labor, with my bike you only have to think about the looks and how to put your stamp on it and forget about the big mechanical jobs!

NO ABS, NO reverse gear, converted to 6 speed manual from 5+reverse.
The bike benefits from:
Heated seats, heated back rest(passenger), heated grips, Lextek alarm with 1 fob, Cruise control, Adjustable Electric Windshield, new aftermarket MP3 radio...normal LT stuff. Bike rides smooth and pulls like it should, very heavy, but cheap on insurance.
What is new on the bike, new parts:
Clutch
Clutch slave cylinder + "weep hole" drilled
Rear main seal + O-ring
Throttle body breather hose
Fork seals+oil
Front and back brake pads
Reconditioned 6 speed gearbox(K1200RS), all seals and oil,
Reconditioned steering damper, all seals and oil
Steering ball joint gaiter
Exhaust manifold, studs, seals, nuts
BMW coolant
Oil and filter
Final drive oil and seals
Shaft splines greased as well during rear drive service,
Fuel filter
ABS DELETED, was not running(they never do anymore on these bikes)
New braided stainless steel brake hoses Goodridge (128£ Front+60£ Back)
And so on, can't remember all exact parts that went in, there are quite a few eBay purchases that I don't have receipt for, like the gearbox and the centre stand, windshield plastic trims...that is why I've put 1500£, approx.
New MOT July 2027, the bike has done 320 miles since all those jobs have been done on it!!!
Note that in the video there is no top box, I just took it off to be lighter for the MOT, top box is fully functional and will be back on the bike ready to tour.
The BAD points would be scuffs and marks around the bike and the missing "mushroom" on the Start button, but doesn't affect the functionality of it.

MOT Apr 27, this is my bike on the road, so mileage will increase slightly depending on weather.(yes, fair weather rider)
New Clutch,
Rear main seal + o-ring,
Throttle bodies balanced, vacuum needles o-rings and vacuum caps,
Engine breather hose,
Front brake master cylinder,
Gearbox oil and final drive oil changed,
Oil and filter last month, Iridium spark plugs,
All stainless steel braided brake lines,
...pulls like a train, it is 25 years old so it has small oil weep around the rocker cover, but nothing to worry about, I just wipe it every 6 months if I remember.
this is my first "big bike" and it is wonderful, the power delivery is smooth and won't make you have a heart attack, NO ABS or other assisted systems, 130bHp bike.
rough around edges, looks better in pictures than in person, but won't disappoint. 1900£
