This is a store return, so there is a chance it was used at least once on a trial basis.   That said they are still wrapped up and appear as if they have never been used.   3 available in similar condition.    I really think these might just be overstock as they still had the plastic on the plugs.   

All 3 have been tested and all heat without issue and work perfectly.
