This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier folds and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/tattered/jagged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (many tears exist and many are large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); many scattered holes/inner tears and many are large; many pieces missing due to very heavy wear/possible damage.
