The lifecast was originally obtained by myself while working in the same special effects facility that created the original castings.

The original casting in my possession since 1986 was in need of expert restoration which I decided to undertake after hearing the news of Mr. Jackson’s death in 2009.  

After many hours of meticulous reconstruction and hours of tedious sculpting and detailing this unique version of the casting was introduced July 3rd 2009.

We are offering this wall hanging life-cast sculpture of Michael Jackson made as display piece.

This is a professional reproduction from the lifecast originally made for make-up effects, and mask creation for his ground breaking music video “Thriller” in 1983.

This reconstructed modern-day casting of Michael Jackson has been created by special effects artist / sculptor William Forsche.

A COA and a letter describing the reconstruction process of this modern-day casting comes signed by the artist William Forsche.
