Free People Like a Mermaid Skirt. Fabulous layers, feels wonderful to wear, swings beautifully, and so flattering!

Have to sell as I have two of these and need the space.  There's a slight flaw as the decorative end of one of the ties is missing, as shown.  It makes no difference to the beauty of this piece.
