An absolutely stunning example of antique English fine bone china craftsmanship by Cauldon, England. This pedestal centerpiece bowl features an incredibly luxurious design, showcasing a rich cobalt blue band decorated with intricate encrusted gold gilt scrollwork.
The body is adorned with alternating circular medallions containing delicate, hand-painted pink roses and vibrant green foliage. The lower portion of the bowl tapers elegantly into a geometric gold lattice and dot pattern, resting on a fully gilded pedestal base. The interior of the bowl is entirely washed in brilliant gold gilding, creating a spectacular display piece from any angle.
The base bears the stamped Cauldon England potter's mark along with the hand-painted pattern reference number N 7922 in red script.
