The movement is not working.  The mainspring is broke.  The balance staff looks okay and the balance turns free.  The balance just spins and doesn't bank so there's likely damage to the pallet fork.

This is a hunting case movement.  Lever set.

The dial is dirty with some hairlines.

The movement has not been disassembled or inspected internally.

Approximately 45.7 mm across.
