Eight Million is jasmine surrounded only by flowers that share its chemistry – neroli and orange blossom, both indole-bearing, both harvested from the same nocturnal tradition, their narcotic white floral character amplifying jasmine’s beauty. A touch of honey complements the natural honey facet already present in jasmine’s own molecular structure.
The opening is all brightness: jasmine’s green farnesene fraction and neroli’s sharp citrus-floral top note together, cool and luminous. Then the jasmine’s indolic depth rises, the orange blossom adds its own animalic warmth, and the honey draws the whole composition into something richer and more narcotic than any single flower alone.
