One new intersil HS9-26C32RH/PROTO Differential line receiver.
The HS9-26C32RH/PROTO is a prototype-grade, radiation-hardened quad differential line receiver. It is designed for digital data transmission over balanced lines (EIA RS-422 compatibility) in harsh, space-level radiation environments.
- Radiation Hardness: Features 1.2-micron Rad-Hard CMOS, ensuring a total dose tolerance up to 300 krad(Si) and latch-up free operation.
- Temperature Range: Fully operational in military environments spanning -55°C to +125°C.
- Input Features: Built-in fail-safe circuitry forces outputs to a logic "1" when inputs are open, and offers high-impedance inputs when disabled or powered down.
Power & Voltage: Operates on a single 5V supply.
