It works perfectly as a dressing for carpaccio and salads, a dipping sauce for dumplings (gyoza), shabu-shabu, or roast meats, and for seasoning grated daikon radish. This vinegar is made from a unique blend of carefully balanced juices, including Yuzu, Orange, Yuko, Kabosu, and Sudachi. It is naturally fermented and aged in traditional Kumano cedar wood casks.
