Hand-thrown studio stoneware vase with a charming relief-moulded Cornish tin mine engine house and chimney to one side, finished in a soft mottled glaze with blue-grey, oatmeal, and green tones. A lovely decorative piece with a strong sense of place, likely from a Cornish/West Country pottery. Unmarked. Measures approximately 17cm tall x 10cm wide. Good condition — see photos.
