comes as shown - selling as a plush only, as the lights/sounds no longer work. they worked fine, and I shipped it to someone, and they sent it back saying it wasn't working, I got it back and lo and behold, they were right, it doesn't work. likely just a wire loose somewhere but takes more know-how than I have to fix, so selling as is only. super cute and it DID work great.

the measurements are NOT EXACT due to the nature of the material and the flexible measuring tape, so although they are an estimate, it may be off by half an inch or so, they are meant to use as a REFERENCE, not as exact measurements.
