Your mug will be printed to order and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an optional Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrade available at checkout. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.
Each mug is securely packed in a protective mug box, and tracking will be uploaded to your eBay order after dispatch. Delivery dates shown by eBay are estimates, and occasional postal delays can happen.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage, and the mug must be unused and returned securely in its original condition.
