'Blasting And Bombardiering' by Wyndham Lewis. Published by Eyre & Spottiswoode. 1937, 1st edn.
Please see the pictures for the outside of the book. The inside is clean and tight with foxing to the page edges only. This is one of the 'limp boarded' versions of this book.
Lewis was one of the great literary figures of the day and so writes a super account of his time in the Great War.
He was a subaltern in the Royal Field Artillery from 1914. There is great account of how he is snipered by a German Artillery piece when he is alone in no man's land.
Please see my other Great War books listed.
