Very good uncut/unused condition. Book measures approximately 13" by 11" and has some storage/age wear. Mostly light spine and edge/corner wear (creases). Cover has areas of discoloration and inside pages have age tanning. Dolls look fine! Nice Gene photo, with guitar, on front cover.
