A very rare vintage Stebco Tweed Briefcase/Portfolio in vintage new condition! 

Mid-century item likely dating to the 1960s-70s.

This gorgeous briefcase is covered in heavy black and white tweed fabric with chrome hardware and rubber feet.  The interior is lined with the Stebco "Heavy Duty Vinyl Coated Fabric" in red with black accents.  It features a main compartment, a file compartment and a zippered compartment.  The zipper still has a vintage style plastic hangtag attached.  

Briefcase appears to be in new condition with aging of the chrome exterior hardware being the only sign of age.  No key!

It measures 17" wide, 12" tall and 3" deep.
