This is an original, very rare vintage "Vogue Paris Original" Patou designer sewing pattern 

"Patou - One-Piece Dress. Gored skirt in two lengths with pleated fullness the sleeveless bodice at side front and across back. Deep front and back neckline. Wide belt has self rosette or bow trimming."

Complete: Yes.

Condition: Worn. The pattern and envelope display signs of wear, with a small amount of professional tissue pattern repair tape applied on a couple of pieces; there is a couple of rusted original pins in one pattern piece.  Envelope has pencil measurement notes.  See photographs
