Nimslo Opti-Lite Electronic Flash, with manual.  Tested, fully functional.  Almost no signs of use.  Developed for the Nimslo 3D 35mm camera but also works great on any camera with a hot shoe.  Requires 2 AA batteries (not included).  Battery compartment is clean.  The manual is complete and intact.
