One (1) VTG Waterford 'Lismore' Highball Tumbler 10 oz Flat Bottom Gothic Mark

One authentic Waterford Lismore crystal flat highball tumbler featuring the iconic Lismore pattern with brilliant deep wedge cuts, diamond crosshatching, and exceptional clarity. The glass displays the original Waterford acid-etched Gothic mark and was handcrafted in Ireland.

THE WATERFORD ETCHED MARK - The Gothic Acid Etch Trademark located on the underside of the flat foot/base.

Era: This specific old-style Old English / Gothic etched font indicates production during approximately 1950-1986, when Waterford used the earlier Gothic-style acid etched trademark. Glasses from this specific era were handcrafted in Ireland at the historic factory in Waterford, rather than in the modern European facilities used today.

The Gothic Mark Advantage: Collectors highly value the older acid-etched "Old English" or Gothic script mark used prior to the mid-1980s. It proves the glass was hand-cut in Ireland rather than being mass-produced in later European facilities.

There is minor, normal shelf wear to the base consistent with age and careful handling, which is completely standard for authentic vintage crystal of this era.

* A Note on the Marking: The glass features the original, vintage Waterford acid-etched Gothic mark on the bottom. Because these marks were applied by hand via a light acid stamp, their visibility varies from glass to glass. Some markings are bold and easily seen, while others are faint, lightly etched, or visible only at specific angles under direct light.
