All vintage items have seen real life use and/or miles and will rarely be in Perfect Condition.

Even though this is "new with tag" there is a shadow near the tag, see photo with coin, and there is a bit of yellow on the fold. I'm fairly sure both would come out with a wash.

This will be shipped USPS First Class but will not have a tracking number (mailed in an envelope with a stamp).
