Shipping

The order will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the buyer during checkout. Delivery usually takes 1â2 business days within Italy and across the European Union. Please note that shipments to islands or remote areas may require additional transit time. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. This processing time allows us to carry out a thorough inspection of the watch (cosmetic, mechanical, and functional) and to carefully prepare the package for shipment. For high-value orders, shipping insurance is available upon request for an additional fee.

Warranty and Withdrawal

All products sold by TIMEParadise are covered by a 24-month seller's legal warranty, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws, as well as the manufacturer's commercial warranty (generally 12 months, where applicable). Any defects should be reported as soon as possible after they are discovered. Customers may choose to contact the manufacturer's authorized service center directly (within the applicable warranty period) or request assistance from TIMEParadise. In the latter case, the defect must be reported to us in writing. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will arrange the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a full refund if the product cannot be repaired.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify us in writing within the above-mentioned period. In the event of a return, the cost of returning the item to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: complete, unused, free from signs of wear or damage, and including all original accessories, packaging, presentation box, manuals, and any other items supplied with the product. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping costs, provided that the return complies with the conditions described above.
