Here is X-Plus kit #411, Vampirella in 1/8 scale. This is the initial release of the model with the cross gravestone. The parts have been painted at the factory, partially assembled, and sealed in bags. I believe this was a promotional item for retailers. I don't know if the parts have been snapped together or glued. The box bottom has a small split on the long edge. Ebay collects sales tax.
