Two side pockets. 

Shell is 100% leather. 

Lining is 100% polyester. 

In fair pre-owned condition,  especially considering it's age.  There is one exception.  There is a large hole/tear in the back of the jacket.  I'm told someone skilled in such matters would be able to repair it.
