Our return policy is: You must notify us of your intention to return an item(s) within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and organise prompt return of the item(s) to our warehouse; The item(s) must be returned to us in new and unused condition; The item(s) must be completely re-packaged to its original wrapped & packaged state ready for re-sale; All tags and labels must be in their original position and ‘un-removed’; The item(s) must be complete with any and all instructions or assembly tools; All returned items are inspected to ensure the above (please allow 3 days); Upon successful inspection, you will be refunded the purchase price within 5 working days. Additional 2xMan delivery charges are non-refundable.
We stock majority of our listed items at our warehouse in Westbury, Wiltshire. We welcome customers to come and view our products before buying. We'd be happy to pay for your travel expenses if you made a purchase during your visit. Weekend viewings are available by making appointment.
