Unboxing Documentation Requirement

In the event of any claim relating to damage, loss, or item discrepancy, the buyer is required to provide continuous, unedited video footage of the entire unboxing process, starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the sealed parcel being opened.

Claims without complete unboxing video evidence may be denied at the seller’s discretion, as this documentation is necessary to verify condition at the time of delivery.
