An 1800's hand-held cork puller extractor with an ornate design. It has 2 hook like grippers to grab onto the bottle rim. In good condition with but one of two rubber grippers inside is gone and the remaining one is hard from age. I suppose it could have been used to squeeze a cork too. It would pull a 1 inch or larger size cork. It is 5-3/8 inches long closed. Looks circa mid to later 1800's.
