Speakers pop but no sound

Microphones dont show audio output when plugged in, one mic is missing plug other plug is damaged, 

The cords are damaged with breaks and tape on them 

Only 1 side of FFW and RWD work ithe the left side in the pic.

NEEDS REPAIRS GREAT PROJECT !
