In good used condition, Motorcraft TFI module, part #F1SF-12A297-C1A, and heat sink part # F4SF-12B582-AA. This is a tested unit, last tested on 9/17/2025. Came off a 95 Mustang GT. Still has the factory dielectric grease in the connector areas.

Please look closely at pictures for best description, I am happy to provide more pictures or measurements if needed.
