Product in good working condition, may show signs of use with removed asset label, cosmetics scratches, minor dents, hairline cracks or signs of finish peel offs on some section of the casing. Product pictured on listing but may have different variation as not all product in stock can be pictured. 

All batteries for any used laptop comes with no warranty as they are consumables items and may need to be replaced within the lifetime of the product. Batteries have been tested to ensure they hold charge, however we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer advertised maximum battery life will be achieved.

VAT

We do not charge VAT on our ebay items so we can not provide VAT invoice. We however provide transaction receipt /invoice upon request. 


Shipping 

All goods are usually shipped within 2 WORKING DAYS of cleared payment being received. Most items are shipped the same day provided the order was received before 3.00PM. Items will only be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address 


Small low cost items, Will be shipped via Royal Mail first class or second class registered as  proof of posting.  

For Larger Items, and higher value goods, these will be shipped via Courier; they will be fully tracked and insured. If the item gets to you in a damaged box please sign to say so, if it’s badly damaged please refuse the item and inform us immediately
