The hinge pin is a copper wire and is delicately attached but functions if handled gently 

I am sure this could be replaced if you Prefer

Table Top is 4 3/8 in Diameter and is 3 1/2 in Tall

Finish is a bit amalgamated

Looks like a glue repair was done to one bracketed leg
