The Horatio Pernickety's Amorous Intent is a highly detailed, collectible miniature sculpture released by David Winter Cottages in April 1993. Crafted through the John Hines Studios in the United Kingdom, this piece was produced as a strict limited edition of 9,990 pieces worldwide and retired the same year.

Backstory & Design

The sculpture stands 7.5 inches tall and visually portrays a quirky, romantic narrative from a fictional old English village. It represents the spectacular, asymmetrical medieval-style home of Horatio Pernickety, who is actively courting a local woman known as Baroness Hardunbuy. The miniature features traditional British architectural hallmarks, including:

• Intricate, textured brickwork and tall stone chimneys.

• Detailed half-timbered Tudor beams and asymmetrical multi-level rooflines.

• Tiny, hand-painted figures outside the home representing Horatio trying to capture the Baroness's affection.

• COA does not have a Limited Edition number.
