Genuine Audi TT Mk2 8J 2.0 TFSI CESA Bare Engine Block – Professionally Skimmed & Honed

For sale is a genuine Audi bare engine block removed from my own 2011 Audi TT Mk2 (8J) 2.0 TFSI quattro S-Tronic DSG.

Vehicle Details:

* 2011 Audi TT Mk2 (8J)
* 2.0 TFSI Petrol
* Engine Code: CESA
* 211 PS / 208 BHP
* Quattro
* S-Tronic DSG

The engine was stripped following a timing chain failure which resulted in valve damage only. There was no damage to the cylinder bores or block.

The block has since been professionally machined by a reputable local engineering company and has had the following work completed:

* Professionally skimmed
* Cylinders professionally honed
* Thoroughly cleaned following machining - although it has sat for a while since so could use a hot rinse before assembly.

The crankshaft journals were standard and did not require machining (crankshaft not included unless otherwise stated).

This would make an excellent base for an engine rebuild.

Collection preferred due to the weight, although a pallet courier can be arranged at the buyer’s expense.
